Scale and Efforts

When Breakpoint Human Capital Management introduced our Sustainability Goals in 2017, we linked them to four of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that we believed were most relevant to our business and where we felt our scale and efforts could have the most impact.

Today, sustainability is embedded in everything we do. We believe that it is our responsibility as a leader in the industry to make the world a better place, now and for future generations. Through our initiatives, innovations and investments, we’re making positive contributions that align with the goal of full and productive employment and decent work for all.

Any effort to make a change needs many stakeholders, but business, is a key player. Innovation in an organization is the link between productivity growth and economic growth which in turn may lead to an increase in full and productive employment.
